Cosmic Pillars is a trading name of ASG Studio Ltd, a private limited company registered in unset under company number 17423379, registered office unset. ASG Studio Ltd is the seller and the party you contract with. "We" and "us" mean ASG Studio Ltd.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store them.

You must be at least 18 to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the birth details you enter are given honestly, and that you are ordering for yourself as a consumer (not for resale).
A Cosmic Pillars reading is a personalised written document, delivered as a PDF, prepared from the birth details you give us using the traditional Korean Four Pillars (Myeongri) interpretive method. We calculate the Four Pillars from your birth date, time and place, and then compose a reading around the topic and, if you leave one, the question you choose.
The reading is interpretation and reflection. It is not a prediction of future events, and we make no promise that anything it describes will happen. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind, and it must not be used as a substitute for such advice. It does not calculate the positions of stars or planets.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total you pay: Personal Reading $35 (Standard) or $50 (24h Priority); Relationship Reading $55 (Standard) or $70 (24h Priority). Where a creator discount applies, the discounted total is shown before you pay.
Each order is a single one-off payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and no further charge. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign-transaction fees under its own terms.
Any tax legally due on the price is included in the price shown, unless checkout states otherwise.
Your contract with us is formed when payment is confirmed. We send an order confirmation to the email address you gave. That confirmation, together with these Terms and the Refunds and cancellation policy, is the record of your contract.
Because a reading is prepared to order, we ask you at checkout to request that we begin work straight away rather than waiting for the end of the 14-day cancellation period. You cannot place an order without making that request. Section 6 explains what it means for your cancellation right.
As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Because you asked us to start work immediately:
The reading is only as accurate as the birth details you enter. Please check the date, time and place before paying; we prepare the reading from what you submit and cannot re-run it free of charge because a detail was entered wrongly, although Support will always look at what can be done.
For a Relationship Reading you give us another person's birth date, time, place and a first name or nickname. Only do so if you are entitled to: for example because they know and agree, or because the details are already known to you in an ordinary personal relationship. Do not enter details you have obtained improperly. We use the second person's details only to prepare your reading, never to contact them or for any other purpose, and we do not need their surname, contact details or anything else.
Your reading is prepared for you. You may keep it, print it and share it privately as you wish. You may not sell it, present it as your own work, remove the Cosmic Pillars identification from it, or use it to offer a competing service.
The Cosmic Pillars name, symbol, site, method descriptions and report design belong to us or our licensors. Traditional Four Pillars knowledge itself belongs to no one.
We deliver by email to the address you gave, with a personal download link that stays valid for the period stated in the email. Please check your spam folder, and contact Support if the reading has not arrived by the end of the delivery window.
If a technical failure stops us preparing or delivering a reading you have paid for, we will either complete it as soon as we can or refund you in full; you choose. We never charge twice for the same order.
We may pause or withdraw the service, or change how it works, but that never affects an order you have already paid for.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, because the service is for personal use.
The reading is a reflective interpretation. Decisions you take remain yours, and we are not responsible for the outcome of decisions made in reliance on it. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.
How we use the details you give us, who processes them and how long we keep them is explained in the Privacy notice. The Cookies page lists the storage we use in your browser.
If something is wrong, please tell us first: email support@cosmicpillars.com with your order reference. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts. If you live outside the UK you keep any protection given by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing here takes it away.
We may update these Terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you paid, and its date appears in your order confirmation.
